There is minimum ordering value in a single invoice to entitle for free delivery ：

• West Malaysia: RM 300.00
• East Malaysia: RM 500

There will be an additional charge for orders that are below the minimum ordering value which is charged by weight:

• West Malaysia: 1kg – 3kg = RM11, 4kg = RM 12, 5kg = RM 13 and subsequently
• East Malaysia: 1kg = RM 13 2kg = RM 26, 3kg = RM 39 and subsequently

Generally, orders placed before 12.00 noon will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed after 12.00 noon will take an additional working day to be processed. We are unable to amend or cancel orders made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.

All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).

• West Malaysia: 3 – 5 business days with exceptions on weekend and public holidays
• East Malaysia: 3 – 7 business days with exceptions on weekend and public holidays

Stock unavailable and other factors such as shipping delays might affect the delivery time.

In case of non-delivery statuses within 14 working days from the date of purchase, please report the case through email at healthbuildershq@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to our Ecommerce Line at 016-2115451. We will be there to update you on the status of your order.
